By opting into the RV Trip Pilot™ Weather Alert system, operated by SHUE CAPITAL LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Description

The RV Trip Pilot Weather Alert system sends automated notifications regarding severe weather events (such as watches and warnings) for your monitored locations through the Pushover app and browser push notifications. Alerts are optional and are not a condition of purchase or use of the RV Trip Pilot application.

2. Alert Frequency and Pricing

Alert frequency varies based on active weather events in your area. SHUE CAPITAL LLC does not charge for alerts. The Pushover app is a third-party service and may require its own one-time license purchase.

3. Opt-Out / Cancellation

You may stop receiving alerts at any time by turning off weather monitoring or push notifications in the app's settings, or by removing your Pushover user key from your alert contacts.

4. Customer Support

For assistance with weather alerts, visit rvtrippilot.com/support.

5. Delivery Liability

Notification providers (such as Pushover, Apple, Google, and your mobile carrier) are not liable for delayed or undelivered alerts. The service is provided on a "best-effort" basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

These alerts are provided as a supplementary tool. SHUE CAPITAL LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss of life, or property damage resulting from severe weather or the failure, delay, or inaccuracy of the alert system. Always rely on multiple sources for severe weather information, including official NOAA weather radios.
