SHUE CAPITAL LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RV Trip Pilot™ system. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address, location coordinates, and (if you choose) your Pushover user key and browser push subscription when you register on our web application and opt in to receive severe weather alerts and account notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your Pushover user key and push subscription are used strictly to send you automated severe weather alerts (such as tornado warnings and thunderstorm watches) and necessary account-related notifications.
3. Alert Consent and Data Sharing
Alert contact information and opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Alerts are delivered through Pushover and your browser's push service solely to reach your devices.
Consent to receive alerts is not a condition of purchase or use of the RV Trip Pilot application.
4. Alert Frequency and Charges
Alert frequency varies based on your travel activity and weather events. We do not charge for alerts. For more information, please review our Terms & Conditions.
5. Your Rights
You may opt out of alerts at any time by turning off weather monitoring or push notifications in Settings. You can also remove your Pushover user key from our database via your Settings.
